Big Names, Low Prices – LC Lauren Conrad at Kohls

A great way to get big name pieces at lower prices is to shop department store’s celebrity and designer collections. You can snag star-designed styles at stores like Kohls, Sears, JCPenney and of course, Target. Target has bargain priced collections by designers like Jason Wu, Alexander McQueen and Anna Sui at amazing prices. Most chain stores these days offer some sort of celebrity or designer collections with mixed results. Some are fantastic lines at great prices while others are a little less fabulous.

Reality queen, writer and fashionista Lauren Conrad is a rising style star. She’s known for her classic, feminine style and she always looks polished and put together. She has an effortless glamour and is often spotted on best dressed lists. Lauren has done several collections for Kohls with various degrees of success and she recently released another. Her collections have gotten better over time and her newest line has a variety of trendy pieces at great prices. Though I don’t love everything, there are some really wearable pieces and items I just adore. Here are some of my favorites:

This dress is one of Lauren’s top rated pieces at Kohls, and it’s understandable why. It’s got a flattering print and makes a great backdrop for bold accessories. The chiffon blazer is an interesting piece and could be a fun addition to your wardrobe at it’s sale price of $32.
